The Human Capital Forum has linked with Sheppard Moscow, a leading international provider of coaching, leadership and organisational development, for the next Forum meeting.
Previous meetings have focused on human capital reporting needs; the next event – on 11 June – will be geared to helping individuals make the case internally for a strategic approach to people management. Sheppard Moscow has helped major employers move towards fully fledged HR business partnering, in which human resources managers are equal members of strategic and operational teams, not just advising on matters such as compliance with employment law.
